By checking this box, the undersigned acknowledges he/she has read the terms and conditions of this application and does hereby release and discharge the Gulf Coast Arts Alliance, Inc., the City of Gulf Shores, The Gulf State Park, their agents, representatives and/or employees from all claims, actions or causes of actions, in law or equity, in any way related to any loss or damage to the undersigned or undersigned's property. The undersigned has read and agrees to the terms in the guidelines, rules and regulation forms.

ARTIST UNDERSTANDING *

By checking this box, the undersigned acknowledges that Ballyhoo Festival is not responsible for Weather Proofing Artists Booths and Artwork. Participants are responsible for their own tent weights and understand that the festival grounds are on a barrier island, in which wind and rain are possible.

ARTIST COMMITMENT *

By checking this box, the undersigned acknowledges that if accepted, they have committed to being present during the entire festival. If an artist leaves the festival or breaks down their booth before 5pm on the last day of the festival, they will not be invited back to future events. This includes the artists selling out of inventory.
